Butterflies are such unique creatures. Have you ever stopped to think about how beautiful a butterfly truly is? A butterfly emerges from the egg as a tiny caterpilar. As the caterpillar makes its way through the world, it begins to grow and discover the word around it. Eventually the caterpillar finds a place of rest. In the safety of its cocoon, a huge transformation begins. It is during this transformation that the caterpillar becomes a butterfly, breaks free, and begins to soar.
As we grow in our relationship with God, He can and will help us overcome the things we struggle with and the things that try to hold us down. As we discover God's grace, His power, and His love in our life, we can truly be Set Free!
During the Nationwide Girls Ministries Event, girls will experience a butterfly adventure and learn that when they turn to God, they can be set free from sin, negative thoughts, and the things that try to stop them from fulfilling God's call for their life.
God not only created us in His image, but He has empowered us to change the world and grow closer to Him. When the world tries to knock you down, you can stand back up confident in who you are in God and His love for you.

Girls will also learn about BGMC missions project, Project Rescue. The goal of Project Rescue is to help provide resources needed to help rescue women and children from slavery and trafficking through the love and power of God. Project Rescue walks shoulder to shoulder with these courageous survivors on their journey toward a new, hope-filled future.
This event is open to girls only from kindergarten to 12th grade and will be held at JCC. We will begin Friday January 16 at 5pm and we will end on Saturday January 17 at 8am. *The deadline for Registration is January 5. There is a $20 cost for T-shirts. When registering please let us know your T-shirt size.
This event is lots of fun and the girls look forward to it every year. Encourage them to invite their friends as a way to reach out as a home missionary.
Dinner, Snacks, and Breakfast will be provided. For children with allergies please provide meals and snacks for your children.
Cameras and phones are allowed but will be monitored. Permission Slips are required.
